In response to the application u/s 91 CrPC of A-3 to
A-5, it is submitted by Ld. SPP that list of unrelied documents
already been filed in 2024. Copy thereof is supplied today.
It is further submitted that witness could not be
called due to the fact that Ld. Counsel for the accused wants to
inspect unrelied documents. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for
the accused that since the documents are not bulky hence copy
thereof can also be supplied to the accused.
Ld. SPP has submitted that he will explore the
possibility of supplying the copies to the accused although it is
open to the Ld. Counsel for the accused to inspect the documents
in the ED office. Therefore, ED shall allow them to inspect the
documents if the supply of copy is not possible as prayed by the
Ld. Counsel. Ld. SPP further submitted that date and time may
be fixed for inspection of the documents.
In view of the submissions made, ED shall allow to

inspect the documents to the accused persons from 19.05.2025 to
23.05.2025 between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
Be put up the matter for compliance and further
proceedings on 30.05.2025.
