> Accused Kamal Singhal (A-3) & Neeraj Singhal
(A-4) who are also the Directors of Raj Fibres Pvt.
Ltd. (A-1), Vijay Singhal (A-5) are on bail.
> Sh. Manish Kumar & Sh. Apoorva Thakur,
advocates appeared in the court whereas accused
Revathi Ranjan Roy (A-6) is on bail and has joined
the proceedings through VC.
> Accused Devender Kr. Balani (A-7) is on bail
whereas Sh. Vijay S. Bishnoi, advocate has joined
the proceedings through VC.
> Accused Ram Niwas (A-2) who was the Director
of Raj Fibres Pvt. Ltd. (A-1) had expired and
proceedings against him already abated.
Counsel for accused no. 1, 3 to 5 is sick and hospitalized
due to high fever as stated.
Arguments on charge on behalf of ED heard from 2:02
p.m. to 2:53 p.m.
Counsel for accused no. 6 gave some points on which he
will argue in detail but he wants that firstly counsel for accused
no.1 & 3 to 5 should argue.
Counsel for accused no. 7 also stated that he will argue at

the last.
Put up on 05.02.2024 at 2:00 p.m. for remaining arguments
on charge on behalf of accused no.1, 3 to 5 firstly and then
accused no.6 & 7 will argue. It is made clear that in case counsel
for accused no. 1, 3 to 5 is unable to appear on next date, then
they have to make alternate arrangement for oral arguments
otherwise they can file written submissions. In case, the counsel
for accused no. 1, 3 to 5 does not appear for oral arguments either
in court or through VC, then accused no. 6 & 7 will start their
arguments.
