Laxmi Singh is present. IO submits that the cloned copy of the CD has not been received from FSL till date. She submits that it could take a long time. Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he has no objection if the matter is proceeded on merits and is listed for arguments on charge provided the cloned copy of exhibits is supplied as and when received. In view of this, the matter shall be proceeded further on merits and the IO is directed to provide the cloned copy of the CD to Ld. Counsel for the accused as and when the same is received. Also, issue notice upon the Director, FSL, Rohini to expedite the proceedings and submit the cloned copy of the CD at the earliest. Copy of this order be given dasti to the IO for necessary action and compliance. List for consideration on charge on 15.04.2026.
