with the accused in person.
IO Insp. Lakshmi Singh is present.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that his
application under Section 230 BNSS is pending for supply of list of
unrelied documents and statements, illegible documents and
statements, cloned copy of relied upon articles and communication
between sanctioning authority and ACB regarding sanction of the
accused.
IO submits that she will supply the list of unrelied
documents and statements as well as illegible documents and
statements to Ld. Counsel for the accused on the next date of
hearing. She further submits that she will file an application with
FSL for supply of cloned copy of relied upon articles and will
supply the same to Ld. Counsel for the accused as and when the
same is received. She submits that the communication between the
sanctioning authority and ACB regarding sanction of the accused
cannot be provided. Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he
has no objection if the same is not provided.
In view of this, list for supply of above mentioned
documents and statements as well as further proceedings on
01.08.2025.
