Heard. Perused.
As per report of Ahlmad, the documents filed with
the chargesheet, are as per list of documents annexed therewith.
The present chargesheet has been filed against three
accused persons namely Sant Ram Bhati, Ravi Saroha and Mohit
Kumar, while keeping other two accused persons namely Bijender
Singh and Kuldeep Kumar in Column no. 12 thereof.
It is also mentioned in the chargesheet that W.P (Crl.)
No. 4187/2025 tittled as “Ravi Saroha & Ors. Vs Govt. of NCT of
Delhi & Anr.”, for quashing of FIR in question filed by accused
persons and also the persons who are kept in Column no. 12 of
the chargesheet, is pending before Hon’ble Delhi High Court and
was listed for hearing on 26.05.2026.
Having gone through the chargesheet and the
material filed therein, the presence of IO is required to obtain
clarifications as regards the allegations appearing against accused
persons who are kept in Column no. 12 of the chargesheet and the
evidence collected against them during the course of
investigation. Hence, issue notice to IO/Insp. Paramjeet Singh for
next date of hearing.
