This is an application filed on behalf of
applicant/surety Tek Ram for cancellation of endorsement
of FDR.
Present: Mohd. Zafar Khan, Ld. Chief PP for State.
Applicant/surety Tek Ram in person.
Applicant submits that he stood surety for accused
Rakesh Kumar, who has been discharged by the Ld. Predecessor
of this Court vide order dated 15.09.2020. It is submitted that the
endorsement made on the FDR be cancelled.
Perusal of record shows that accused Rakesh Kumar
was discharged vide order dated 15.09.2020 with liberty to file
fresh charge-sheet after obtaining sanction from the competent
authority. Fresh charge-sheet has not been filed till date.
In view thereof, let endorsement made on the FDR
be cancelled.
Accordingly, application stands disposed off. A copy
of order be given dasti to the applicant/surety Tek Ram.
File be consigned to record room after due
compliance.
