Madhab Bharadwaj is filed. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
The vakalatnama authorizing Mr. Milind Madhab Bharadwaj to represent accused A. V.
Premnath and Asha Prem Nath @ Asha Yadav is treated as withdrawn.
A fresh vakalatnama is filed on behalf of accused A. V. Premnath and
Asha Prem Nath @ Asha Yadav. The same is taken on record.
Ld. Counsel has furnished surety bonds for accused A. V. Premnath.
Surety Satvik Prajwal Ankem is present. Bail Bonds are accepted.
The fixed deposit receipt bearing customer ID No.599358144, account
no.071913029645 of ICICI Bank of the surety has been retained. The Ahlmad is directed
to send an intimation to ICICI Bank that the fixed deposit receipt should not be allowed to
be encashed without permission of this Court.
An application for bail has been filed by accused Asha Prem Nath @ Asha
Yadav. Arguments are heard on the application. Considering that she has not been

arrested during the course of investigation, accused Asha Prem Nath @ Asha Yadav, is
admitted to bail subject to furnishing of personal bond and surety bond of one surety in
the sum of Rs.25,000/-.
Accused Asha Prem Nath @ Asha Yadav submits that she has not been
able to arrange a surety today. She submits that the case may be adjourned to enable
her to furnish surety bond. She prays that she may be released on personal bond till the
next date. The request is allowed. Accused is directed to furnish personal bond today.
Personal bond is furnished. It is accepted till the next date.
Surety bond be furnished on the next date.
Copy of the charge-sheet and documents is supplied to accused Asha
Prem Nath @ Asha Yadav.
