Applicant Rajesh Dhanda in person.
Ms. Rajdipa Behura, Ld. Counsel for applicant has
appeared through video conferencing.
Ms. Rajdipa Behura, Ld. Counsel for applicant
Rajesh Dhanda orally submits that she does not want to remain
as a Counsel for applicant Rajesh Dhanda in the present
application and she may be allowed to withdraw as a Counsel for
applicant Rajesh Dhanda in the present application and she has
orally submitted the same on the last date of hearing also but
inadvertently the same could not be mentioned in the order sheet
of the last date of hearing. Same is noted. Ms. Rajdipa Behura,
Ld. Counsel for applicant Rajesh Dhanda stands discharged as a
Counsel for accused Rajesh Dhanda in the present application.
Applicant Rajesh Dhanda orally submits that he is
not accompanied by any Counsel today, however, there are two
persons namely "AB" and "Pankaj Sethi" who have appeared
through video conferencing and on inquiry from them by the
undersigned, they did not respond but after some time, applicant
Rajesh Dhanda orally submits that they are his acquaintances.
At this stage applicant Rajesh Dhanda orally submits
that the present application was earlier bearing IA No. 02/2024,
however, the same is shown on the server as disposed off.
It is orally explained to applicant Rajesh Dhanda
that when for the first time, the present applicant was received
from The Facilitation Centre, it was bearing IA No. 02/2024 by

The Facilitation Centre official as per direction to him by the
Competent Authority. However, vide an order dated 27.05.2024
the present application was treated as a miscellaneous separate
case and thereafter the same was registered separately thereafter
a miscellaneous number was given to it by the official of The
Facilitation Centre and thereafter a miscellaneous number was
given to it by the Ahlmad of the court of the undersigned.
At an oral request of applicant Rajesh Dhanda put up
for arguments on the present application on 28.08.2024 at 02:00
PM.
