In view of this, issue summons upon PW Dr. Geetesh Patel mentioned at serial no. 7 in the list of witnesses for the next date of hearing. IO submits that he has already been transferred and that the death verification of PW Pradeep Khera was carried out by PS ACB. In view of this, issue notice upon SHO, PS ACB to obtain and place on record the death certificate of PW Pradeep Khera and his report regarding the same on or before the next date of hearing. MHC(M) has appeared, however, he has not brought register nos. 19 and 21. He also submits that he was not the concerned MHC(M) and HC Jitender mentioned at serial no. 19 is the concerned MHC(M) who will be able to prove the said registers.
