Death verification report with respect to PW Pradeep
Khera was received on the last date of hearing. As per the report, the
statement of the son of the witness was also recorded to the effect that the
witness has expired, however, the death certificate of PW Pradeep Khera
has not been filed along with the report. In view of this, issue fresh notice
upon the IO to obtain and place on record the death certificate of PW
Pradeep Khera and his report on or before the next date of hearing.
PW Dr. C.P. Singh has not appeared. He be summoned again
for the next date of hearing.
PW-6 Girij Pal Gurjar has been examined in chief, cross
examined and discharged.
Since the MHC(M) has not brought register nos. 19 and 21
to prove the relevant entries, Ld. PP for the State submits that to prove
the same, the MHC(M) be summoned alongwith the relevant record.
In view of this, issue summons upon the MHC(M) to appear
before this court for his evidence along with the relevant entries dated
27.02.2018 contained in register nos. 19 and 21 for the next date of
hearing.
