The present matter is taken up today through video conferencing pursuant to
Office Order No. 869/RG/DHC/2021 dated 30th December 2021 of Hon'ble High
Court of Delhi, New Delhi, in view of the sudden spurt and spike in Covid-19
cases in the NCT of Delhi and issuance of ‘yellow alert’ in Delhi by GNCTD,
endorsed vide No. Power Gaz/RACC/2021/31531-31616 dated 31.12.2021 of Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI), Rouse
Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi.
Present (through Video conference):
: Sh. Zenul Abedeen, Ld. Chief Prosecutor for the State.
: IO Inspector Chander Bhan is present through VC.
: Accused is present through VC with counsel Sh. Salil Kumar Jha.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he shall file his memo of
appearance for today on the e-mail id of the court and that he shall file his
vakalatnama for accused within few working days. Let it be filed.
Let the accused/his counsel collect the copies of chargesheet and
documents from the court clerk during the court hours within next three working
days itself.
Put up this matter for scrutiny of documents on 02.02.2022.
A copy of this order be sent to the Ld. Prosecutor; accused and his counsel;
as well as to the IO through e-mail/WhatsApp. A copy of this order be also sent
