IO Inspector Chander Bhan has sent a request seeking exemption
from appearance for today. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is
allowed and IO is exempted from his appearance for today.
PW Pradeep Kumar Khera has not appeared.
PW2 Sh. Jitendra Kumar is present. He is examined-in-chief and
partly cross-examined. His further cross-examination is deferred at the request
of Ld. Counsel for accused who submits that he will be able to cross-examine
the witness further only upon production of a forwarding letter which the witness
has stated that he can produce. The witness states that he will produce the
letter on the next date.
Case property which was opened during the testimony has been
re-sealed by seal of DS (borrowed from the Court of Ms. Deepali Sharma, Ld.
Special Judge (PC Act) (ACB)-01).
Renotify for prosecution evidence on 06.11.2024. The said date is
given at the request of PW2 Sh. Jitendra Kumar.
