Ld. Public Prosecutor submits that he does not wish to examine Sh.
Vinod Kumar, Assistant Director because he was not the Assistant Director,
Consumer Affairs at the relevant time. He submits that he will summon the person
who was occupying the position of Assistant Director, Consumer Affairs as on
21.06.2021. In this view of the matter, the witness is discharged.
