Complainant Vinod Negi is present. However, the
prosecutor for this Court is stated to be on leave for next three
days. No substitute PP has appeared in this Court. It is stated that
substitute PP Sh. Vikas Kumar, who is also working in the Court
of ACB-01, RADC has been assigned additional duty for today.
When the Naib Court went and inquired from the Substitute PP,
Substitute PP informed that in his Court also complainant and
other material witnesses are to be examined today. Therefore in
absence of the prosecutor for the State in this court today,
evidence of complainant Vinod Negi cannot be recorded.
Panch Witness Pradeep Kumar Khera is not present.
He has sent a written request stating that he is unwell. Copy of
medical document is also attached with his request.
In such circumstances, complainant Vinod Negi is
discharged unexamined today. No witness has been summoned
for tomorrow as these two dates were fixed for examination of
the complainant and panch witness only.
Tomorrow’s date is cancelled in this matter.
