Sole accused on bail with Counsel Sh. Salil Kumar Jha.
IO Inspector Chander Bhan is present.
IO has brought a sealed parcel sealed with the seal of “XGP FSL
Delhi”. The seals are intact and the envelope is also intact. It is opened and is found to
be containing three CDs, which are copies of Exhibit 1, bearing Mark “1a, 1b & 1c”.
One copy of the CD be supplied to the accused, one to the Prosecution and one be
retained on judicial record.
It is also found to be containing six audio cassettes. Three audio
cassettes are bearing endorsement “Copy of Exhibit 2” and Mark “2a, 2b & 2c”. One
copy out of these three audio cassettes be also supplied to the accused, one to the
Prosecution and one be retained on judicial record.
It is also found to be containing six audio cassettes. Three audio
cassettes are bearing endorsement “Copy of Exhibit 3” and Mark “3a, 3b & 3c”. One
copy out of these three audio cassettes be also supplied to the accused, one to the
Prosecution and one be retained on judicial record.
The envelope is also found to be containing one FSL report dated
30.06.2022 regarding preparation of the above mentioned copies. The said FSL report
dated 30.06.2022 be retained on record. Its copy be also supplied to the Prosecution
and the accused.
The above mentioned copies were got prepared in terms of Order of this
Court dated 10.03.2022.
Put up this matter now for arguments on charge on 30.09.2022.
