17.09.2024, the Transport Commissioner was directed to provide some information.
On 08.11.2024, Sh. Manoj Kumar Sivay, Section Officer had appeared in the Court
and had sought adjournment to produce the report of fact finding inquiry and to place
on record the relevant circulars, directions and notifications. The same have not been
produced. Nobody has appeared on behalf of the Transport Commissioner today.
