It is noted that service of the summons in the present
petition has been effected upon respondent no. 4 through her mother
on 31.08.2024. However, none has appeared for her since then.
The ld. Counsel for respondent no. 3 submits that since
the documents were provided by the petitioner in terms of the
previous order only a few days back, a short adjournment is required
for filing a reply on behalf of respondent no. 3.
The reply from respondent no. 2 is already on record
while the ld. Prosecutor submits on behalf of R-1 that oral
submissions shall be made on behalf of the State.
Let advance copy of the reply be supplied by R-3 to the
petitioner prior to the next date.
