Time is sought on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3
for filing the reply, if required, to the present revision petition.
The ld. Counsel for respondent no. 2 has submitted that since the
said respondent is in custody in another matter, reasonable time
is required for formulating the submissions in reply. It has also
been submitted by the ld. Counsel for respondent no. 3 that he
could not file the reply thus far due to personal medical reasons.
The ld. Prosecutor submits that oral submissions shall be made in
reply on behalf of the state (respondent no. 1).
Notice to respondent no. 4 has been received
unexecuted with the report that she has vacated her address at
Uttam Nagar.
The ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the
alternate address of respondent no. 4, who is a sitting Councillor,
are now available and shall be filed soon.

Let fresh notice of the petition be issued to
respondent no. 4 on filing of PF and fresh address of the said
respondent no. 4 within four days.
