The present Revision Petition was filed at Dwarka
Courts where the Ld. ASJ 05 South West observed vide order
dated 05.04.2024 that the respondents included the Chief
Minister of Delhi, MP and MLA. Further, that there are
designated courts for matters concerning such persons. The Ld.
PDJ, South West placed the matter for consideration before the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. The Hon’ble High Court, vide
order dated 29.04.2024 directed for the matter to be transferred
to Rouse Avenue Courts. Subsequently, the Ld. Principal District
and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI), Rouse
Avenue District Courts has assigned the present Revision
Petition to this court.
The Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has joined through VC
and submits that he intends to lead arguments by way of a
physical hearing.

the Revision Petition. Let the TCR be called for the next date.
