the accused in person.

PW-3 C.P. Singh has been examined in chief in part. The
CD was taken out from the plastic cover and found in a broken condition.
On questioning, PW-3 submits that he may be able to trace the dump data
or copy of the CD in the FSL. He seeks time to find out and produce the
same. Time granted. PW-3 C.P. Singh shall make every effort to trace the
dump data or copy of the said CD in the FSL and if available, produce the
same before this court on the next date of hearing. A summon be also
issued in this regard for the next date of hearing.
The CD that is found broken was opened on earlier dates
and was not broken though scratched and improperly functional. Since the
CD has been broken in between the period of last date of hearing i.e.
29.04.2026 and today, issue notice upon the concerned SHO, PS Civil
Lines to conduct a preliminary inquiry to find out who is responsible for
the broken CD. He shall file his report on or before the next date of
hearing.
PW-2 Krishan Kumar Rathi has appeared. He is discharged
unexamined for today as PW-3 C.P. Singh has been examined in chief in
part. PW-2 be now summoned after the evidence of PW-3 C.P. Singh is
completed.
