PW-3 Dr. C.P. Singh has sent his request for today
on the ground that he has to go to Rohini Courts. He be summoned
again for 10.09.2026.
Summons sent to PW Kripal Singh have been
received back with the report that his son was found who stated
that PW Kripal Singh had suffered brain stroke a year back and is
not able to talk and walk and seeks adjournment. The witness be
now summoned in November.
Insp. Randhir Kumar, Additional SHO, PS Civil
Lines has appeared and has filed the Action Taken Report wherein
it is stated that an inquiry was conducted and
prima facie
lapses/negligence was revealed on the part of HC Vinay Kumar
and HC Ravinder. It is also stated that disciplinary action has been
started against them. The same is taken on record. The SHO shall
submit further Action Taken Report after two months.
List for PE on dates already fixed i.e. 08.09.2026 and
10.09.2026.
