An exemption application on behalf of accused Rajesh
Mishra has been filed on the ground that the accused was trying
to join through V.C. but due to technical fault, he could not join.
For the reason stated in the application, the exemption is allowed
for today only.
Ld. Sr. PP for CBI states that only two witnesses are
remaining for examination. One witness PW 23 was allowed to
be examined through V.C. in terms of order dated 21.08.2025.
Let a request letter be issued to the Ld. District Judge having
jurisdiction over the area where PW B.C. Rai is residing so that
testimony of this witness could be recorded through VC.
Put up on 02.12.2025 for P.E. of remaining witness.
