The examination in chief of PW-16 Raju Parimlani
recorded on 05.07.2010, PW-19 A.K. Singh recorded on
23.07.2010, PW-20 D.P. Singh recorded on 23.07.2010, PW-21
Arun Kumar recorded on 16.08.2010 and PW-22 K.M. Gandhi
recorded on 16.08.2010 are adopted by Ld. Sr. Prosecutor. They
are cross examined and discharged.
Summons issued to PW-17 N. Ibomcha Singh and
PW-18 Mani Roton Singh received back with the reports that
PW-17 N. Ibomcha Singh has already expired on 15.05.2020 and
PW-18 Mani Roton Singh has already expired on 30.04.2020.
Copy of their death certificates are enclosed with the summons.
Accordingly, names of PW N. Ibomcha Singh and PW Mani
Roton Singh are dropped from the list of witnesses.
