This is a protest application filed on behalf of Victim J. Dalvin
Suresh (Father of the deceased Nevin Dalvin) for further investigation
u/s 193 (9) BNSS (previously 173 (8) Cr.P.C.).
Further clarifications sought.
Vide separate order of even date, the protest application is
disposed off. The IO is directed to carry out further investigation in
the matter regarding the issue of probable dereliction of
duties/corrupt practices by the officials of the MCD which have
led to the institute having continued in its illegal use of the
basement, thereby being instrumental in loss of lives of innocent
citizens and file report as per law.
The protest application be tagged with main file.
