This is an application seeking clarification of property bearing
No.BP-11, Third Floor, Bazar Marg, Old Rajender Nagar, New Delhi
filed on behalf of applicant /accused no.4 Sarabjit Singh to the effect
that CBI was to clarify that whether the third floor of the property was
sealed or not whether free ingress/egress is permitted to the applicant.
Reply to application has been filed stating that the third floor of
the said property in question was not sealed rather access was only

controlled for the purpose of preserving the scene of crime for the
purpose of investigation and the investigation at this stage has been
completed and chargesheet as well as supplementary chargesheet have
already been filed. In view of reply filed by the CBI, no further
clarification is required. Accordingly, the aforesaid application is
disposed off. The same be tagged with the main file.
