Ld. Counsel for A-7 states that there was certain documents

those documents to be supplied to him however he would make
further submissions after examination of all the un-relied documents if
allowed by the court. All other accused persons state that they would
go through the fresh list and submit if there is any discrepancy. The
further request of the parties is that they may be allowed to inspect the
unrelied documents which were earlier allowed vide order dated
06.08.2025. Some of the accused persons state that due to some error
on their part of interpreting the order they did not inspect the
documents though they were allowed. However, new list of relied and
unrelied documents has been filed, one more opportunity is granted to
all the accused persons as well as the complainant to inspect all the
unrelied documents. For this purpose, CBI would allow slots to the
individual accused on a particular day i.e. 14.11.2025 or 17.11.2025.
