These are the applications filed on behalf of applicants
Abhishek Gupta (A-1), Deshpal Singh (A-2), Ashok Narang
(A-10) and Arnav Kumar Dutta (A-7), u/s 230 of BNSS, 2023,
for supply of documents.
Replies have been filed. Copies supplied.
Documents have been supplied to the counsels for victims
as well as to all other parties. Ld. Counsels seek time to verify
the documents.
Ld. Sr. PP seeks time to clarify with regard to the article
19 mentioned in the list of the supplimentary chargesheet.
At request of the Ld. Sr. PP, issue notice to IO R.S.
Solanki for the next date of hearing. They would also file afresh
complete list of documents, unrelied documents including
chargesheet and supplimentary chargesheet on next date of
hearing.
Put up for consideration as well as consideration of all the
pending applications and for other issues related to supply of
documents and examination of unrelied documents on

This is an application seeking temporary ingress and
egress/desealing of property bearing No. BP-11, Basement,
Bazar Marg, Old Rajender Nagar, New Delhi.

Ld. Counsel for the applicant states that he has
received reply from the CBI. He is not pressing the present
application. Seperate statement of Ld. Counsel for applicant is
recorded in this regard.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as
withdrawn.
IA No. 16/2025
This is an application seeking directions for de-sealing
and/or directions for free ingress/egress to the third floor of the
property bearing no. BP-11, Bazar Marg, Old Rajender Nagar,
New Delhi.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant states that he has received
reply from the CBI. He is not pressing the present application
and he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with
liberty to file afresh as and when required. Seperate statement of
Ld. Counsel for applicant is recorded in this regard.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to the application to file afresh as per
rules.
