An application under Section 230 of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of
accused no.1, 2 and 10 for providing of certain relied upon articles and
unrelied documents and inspection of unrelied documents and articles as per

consolidated list given by CBI on 13.11.2025 has been filed. The same be
checked and registered. Be taken on record. Copy supplied.
Ld. Counsel for applicant no.1, 2 & 10 stated that they have received
all the documents but they only wanted one clarifications relating to list of
articles mentioned at Sr. No.11 & 12 of list of articles whether they are part
of record, relied or unrelied documents or whether any FSL report was
pending.
All the other accused persons have admitted that they have received
the complete relied upon documents and no dispute is left with regard to the
relied documents.
Ld. Counsel for accused no.7 stated that one clarificatitons is
required from the I.O. relating to the amended list of relied and unrelied
document wherein the same item is mentioned at Sr. No. 61 and 62 of first
list as well as 105 of the second list and therefore, I.O. may clarify if they
pertain to relied or unrelied documents.
Ld. P.P. for CBI stated that they need assistance of main I.O. for
explanation regarding the two aforesaid documents.
Ld. Counsel for accused no.1, 2 and 10 stated that they were unable
to inspect the document at Sr. No.6 of list of unrelied documents due to
paucity of time and will only take 10 minutes for inspecting the said
document.
Ld. Sr. P.P. stated that they had already twice allowed accused person
to inspect the documents. However, he states that they are not opposing the
request of Ld. Counsel for accused no.1, 2 and 10 and I.O. would allow
them to inspect the aforersaid one document.
