Applicant Harvinder Singh in person along with
surety Tarundeep Singh Makkar
The application is filed on behalf of the accused/applicant
Harvinder Singh seeking release of FDR of Rs.5 Lakhs and
personal/surety bond in pursuance to the Orders dated 28.05.2025
and 06.06.2025.
Vide order dated 28.05.2025, accused Harvinder Singh
was permitted to go abroad from 18.06.2025 to 29.06.2025 and
certain conditions were imposed including directions to the
applicant to furnish the FDR of Rs.10,00,000/- as surety.
However, terms and conditions imposed vide Order dated
28.05.2025 were modified vide Order dated 06.06.2025 that the
applicant was permitted to travel abroad from 12.07.2025 to
25.07.2025 and the amount of FDR was reduced to Rs. 5,00,000/-
whereas the other terms and conditions remained the same.

Since the applicant Harvinder Singh has already returned
from Bangkok, Thailand on 23.07.2025, surety bond stands
canceled. Surety stands discharged. FDR be returned to the
applicant/accused against due acknowledgment.
Application is accordingly disposed of.
