applicant/A-10 Ashok Narang (through VC).
This is an application filed on behalf of applicant/A-10
Ashok Narang seeking modification of order dated 28.07.2026. It
be checked and registered as per rules.
The applicant submitted that while making travel
arrangements pursuant to the permission granted vide order dated
28.07.2026, the return journey came to be scheduled with
departure from Perth at 02.10 hours on 17.09.2026 and arrival in
New Delhi at 12.15 hours on the same date. However, as per
order dated 28.07.2026, permission to travel abroad was granted
w.e.f 03.08.2026 to 16.09.2026. Ld. Counsel for the applicant
prayed that as per the revised itinerary, the applicant may be
allowed to travel abroad from 05.08.2026 to 17.09.2026. For the
reasons stated therein, the application for modification is allowed
to the extent that applicant shall leave Delhi on 05.08.2026 and

shall return on 17.09.2026. All other terms and conditions shall
remain the same as per earlier order.
The present application is accordingly disposed off.

dasti to the applicant as well as
to the Ld. Senior PP for CBI.
