By order dated 16.10.2024 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in Crl. M. C.
No.8142/2024, it was directed that the hearing before this Court be rescheduled. By order
dated 06.12.2024 passed in Crl. M. C. No.8142/2024, interim orders have been continued by
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Since the said interim order has been continued by order of Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi, no further directions are required to be passed at present.
Ld. Counsel for DTC submits that he has already submitted his report and that
DTC may be discharged for now. The said request is allowed. DTC need not put in
appearance before this Court till further directions.
The case shall now be taken up on 12.02.2025.
