It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the revisionist that
in the present case, other nine co-accused persons have also
preferred revision petition being arose from the same order and
those revision petitions are pending before Sh. Gagandeep Singh,
Ld. Special Judge (PC Act) CBI -04, RADC, New Delhi, which
are fixed for 21.05.2024.
It is submitted that Sh. Gagandeep Singh, Ld.
Special Judge, (PC Act) CBI -04, RADC, New Delhi, has
already called the TCR. Ld. Counsel for the revisionist pray for
the transferring the present revision petition to the court of Sh.
Gagandeep Singh, Ld. Special Judge (PC Act) CBI -04, RADC,
New Delhi.
Heard.
Since other co-accused have already preferred the
revision petition being arose from the same order and same has
been marked to Sh. Gagandeep Singh, Ld. Special Judge, (PC
Act) CBI -04, RADC, New Delhi.

I am of the view that to avoid the conflicting view by
two competent court. In the given circumstances, the present
revision petition be sent to the Ld. Principal District & Sessions
Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act), CBI, RADC, New Delhi
with the request to the transfer the present revision petition to the
court of Sh. Gagandeep Singh, Ld. Special Judge, (PC Act) CBI
-04, RADC, New Delhi, where other revision petitions of co-
revisionist is pending.
The Revisionist is directed to appear before the court
of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge
(PC Act), CBI, RADC, New Delhi on 18.05.2024.
Ahlmad is directed to sent the file in complete.
