Bhardwaj, Ld. Special Judge (PC Act), CBI , Coal Block Cases-
01, RADC to the court of Sh.Sanjay Bansal, Special Judge, (PC
Act), CBI, Coal Block Cases-02, RADC, Delhi.
It is stated that the FIR in predicate offence has been
marked to the court of Sh.Sanjay Bansal, Special Judge, (PC
Act), CBI, Coal Block Cases-02, RADC, Delhi while the present
complaint on behalf of ED has been pending in the court of
Sh.Arun Bhardwaj, Ld. Special Judge (PC Act), CBI , Coal
Block Cases-01, RADC. Cognizance has not been taken on the
ED complaint as of now.

Considering the provisions of Section 44 of
Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the submissions
made in the application, it is appropriate if the matter is
withdrawn from the court of Sh.Arun Bhardwaj, Ld. Special
Judge (PC Act), CBI , Coal Block Cases-01, RADC and assigned
to the court of Sh.Sanjay Bansal, Special Judge, (PC Act), CBI,
Coal Block Cases-02, RADC, Delhi.
Accordingly, case bearing ECIR NGPSZO02/2014
title Directorate of Enforcement vs Central Collieries Company
Limited & Ors. is transferred to the court of Sh.Sanjay Bansal,
Special Judge, (PC Act), CBI, Coal Block Cases-02, RADC,
Delhi for 08.05.2024 for adjudication and disposal as per law.
Ahlmad of the court of Sh.Arun Bhardwaj, Ld.
Special Judge (PC Act), CBI , Coal Block Cases-01, RADC is
directed to send the complelte file to the court of Sh.Sanjay
Bansal, Special Judge, (PC Act), CBI, Coal Block Cases-02,
RADC, Delhi for the above-said date.
Copy of order be sent to both the courts for information
and compliance.
Parties to appear accordingly.
Transfer application is accordingly disposed off and be
consigned to the record room.
