Today matter is fixed for arguments on charge. An
application for discharge/dropping of proceedings against accused
was filed on the ground of invalid sanction. Reply was filed on
behalf of CBI. Perusal of reply reveals that same is forwarded by
Ld. PP, however, the same is not signed by IO. It is further
submitted by Ld. PP that IO is on the way. Permission is sought to
get the reply signed by IO today. In view of request of Ld. PP for
CBI, IO is permitted to sign the reply by putting his signature on
the reply alongwith date of today.
Arguments on charge and on application for
discharge/ dropping of proceedings against accused on the ground
of invalid sanction have been heard.
Put up for clarification/orders on 28.02.2025.
