IO is directed to trace the fresh address of the witness and file the same in the court. 3. Summons sent to PW Sh. Mahipal Yadav received back with the report that the witness expired on 27.08.2025. Death certificate of the witness is annexed with the returned summons. Perused. In view of the same, name of PW Sh. Mahipal Yadav be struck off from the list of witnesses. 4.
