and Sh. Varun Ahuja are present.

A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi is present on bail (through
VC). Counsel Sh. Pankaj Kumar Singh is present.

Summons sent to PW Smt. Tusti Barua received back
duly served. However, the witness is not present. Counsel Sh.
Naman Kumar has appeared on behalf of Citi Bank and submits
that Smt. Tusti Barua has left the services of the bank.

Record shows that on 17.12.2024, Counsel Jishnu
Bhardwaj appeared on behalf of the Citi bank and certain
directions were issued but the same have not been complied with.
Manager, Citi Bank was directed to furnish the permanent address
of PW Smt. Tusti Barua as available in the bank record and he was
further directed to depute some other official of the contemporary
period who would be in a position to identify the signature of the
witness in case, she was not traceable. The said directions have not
been complied with. Counsel is directed to comply with the
previous directions failing which, there will be no alternative but
to take coercive steps against the Manager of the concerned
branch. Issue summons to Manager, Citi Bank. Copy of the
order be annexed with the summons for compliance.
No other witness is present or summoned for today.
Put up for remaining PE on 18.08.2026.
Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the NDOH.
Ld. PP for the CBI shall furnish the name of the witnesses required
