A-1 H.B.Chaturvedi has expired and proceedings stand
abated.
A-2 Sumit Chaturvedi is in judicial custody and not
produced (as he have been convicted in a connected
matter). Counsel Sh. Akshat Kumar and Sh. Adesh
Kumar Choudhary is present.
A-3 Amit Chaturvedi produced from judicial custody (as
he has been convicted in a connected matter). Counsel
Sh. A.K. Sharma Singh is present.
A-4 Parvin Juneja produced from judicial custody (as he
has been convicted in a connected matter). Counsel Sh.
Rishi Chouksey is present.
A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi is in judicial custody and not
produced (as he have been convicted in a connected
matter). Counsel Sh. A.K. Sharma is present.
A-5 M/s Shamken Cotsyn Ltd. is represented by a
Liquidator, who is not present. Counsel is also not
present.
A-7 M.K. Jain already stands discharged.
PW Sh. Manoj Kumar Gautam is present.
PW-49 Sh. Manoj Kumar Gautam is examined, cross-
examined on behalf of A-4 Parvin Juneja. His further cross-examination
is deferred at the request of counsel for A-3 and A-6, as father of
counsel, who shall conduct the cross-examination is not available on
account of demise of his father. PW-49 is discharged for today.
No other witness is present or summoned for today.
It be noted that in spite of issuance of show cause
notice on 13.01.2026 to Superintendent (Jail) in CC No. 39/21

titled CBI Vs. H.B. Chaturvedi & Ors. to produce accused persons
in the court, A-3 Sanjay Chaturvedi has still not been produced in
the court today. Accordingly, issue production warrants of A-2
Sumit Chaturvedi and A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi with direction
to produce him in the court through video conferencing on the
next date of hearing and endorsement be made on production
warrants that accused persons are on bail in the present case.
Put up for remaining PE on 17.02.2026.
Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the NDOH. Ld.
PP for the CBI shall furnish the name of the witnesses required to be
summoned. Accused persons/ their Counsels may note the same from
the prosecution/ Ahlmad.
