A-2 Sumit Chaturvedi and A-3 Amit Chaturvedi are
present on bail (through VC). Counsel Sh. Panakaj
Kumar Singh is present.
A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi is absent on bail. Counsel Sh.
Pankaj Kumar Singh is present.
A-4 Parvin Juneja is present on bail (through VC).
A-5 M/s Shamken Cotsyn Ltd. is represented by a
Liquidator, who is not present. .
A-7 M.K. Jain already stands discharged.
PW Sh. S. Balasubramanian is present.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is filed on behalf of A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi on the
ground that he has to attend his ailing mother-in-law at Mathura.
Perused. In view of the reasons given, A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi is
exempted from personal appearance for today only through
his counsel subject to the condition that he shall not dispute his
identity or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in his
absence.
PW-46 Sh. S. Balasubramanian is partly examined-in-
chief. His further examination is deferred at the request of Ld. PP
for CBI. PW-46 is discharged for today and be summoned afresh.
PW-47 Sh. N.K. Gupta is examined, cross-examined
