is present.

An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is moved on behalf of A-4 Parvin Juneja on medical
grounds. Perused. In view of the reasons given, A-4 Parvin Juneja
is exempted from personal appearance through his Counsel for
today only subject to the condition that they shall not dispute their
identities or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in their
absence.
PWs Sh. Suresh Sharma and Sh. P.H.L. Bhatnagar
were summoned for today. However, they have sent a telephonic
message that they are unable to appear in the court today on
account of some exigency. Moreover, regular PP of the court is
