for remaining PE. On 13.08.2024, Ld. Predecessor of this court
stood transferred and, thereafter, the matter was listed for further
proceedings by Ld. Link Judge. Therefore, today the matter is
listed for further proceedings.
It is noticed that in the previous ordersheet,
inadvertently, the name of A-5 stands recorded as ‘M/s
Dwarkadhish Spinners Ltd.’ instead of ‘M/s Shamken Cotsyn
Ltd.’. The ordersheet stands corrected to that extent.
