Chaturvedi, A-3 Amit Chaturvedi, A-4 Parvin Juneja and A-6
Sanjay Chaturvedi. Perused. In view of the reasons given, A-2
Sumit Chaturvedi, A-3 Amit Chaturvedi, A-4 Parvin Juneja
and A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi are exempted from personal
appearance through their respective counsel for today only
subject to the condition that they shall not dispute their identities
or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in their absence.

PW-30 Sh. Sushil Kumar is further examined. His
examination-in-chief is concluded. Ld. Counsel for accused
persons requests for adjournment to cross-examine the witness. In
view of the same, PW-30 is discharged for today and bound

Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the adjourned
