896/RG/DHC/2021 dated 30.12.2021 passed by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
An application seeking exemption from personal appearance is
moved on behalf of A-1. Heard. Keeping in view the reasons so stated in
the application, A-1 is exempted from personal appearance for today only.
