Present case is taken up through video conferencing hosted by
Mrs Pallavi, Reader of this Court in terms of office Order
No.700/RG/DHC/2021 dated 30.09.2021 passed by the Hon'ble High Court
of Delhi.
Ld. Counsel for A1 to A3 and A6 submits that he has moved
an application along with documents through electronic mode seeking
exemption of A1 from personal appearance. The same is taken on record.
For the reasons so stated in the application, the application is
allowed and A1 is exempted from personal appearance for today only.
It is stated that the present case is at the stage of arguments on
the point of charge.
Ld. Counsels for the accused persons seek time for arguments
on the point of charge.
On request, put up this matter for arguments on the point of
charge, on 15.12.2021.
