present.
A-4 Parvin Juneja is produced from Central Jail No.
02 (although, he is on bail in this case but he has been
convicted in CC No. 266/19)(through VC). Sh.
Swapnil Jain, Ld. Counsel is present.
A-5 M/s Shamken Cotsyn Ltd. is represented by
Liquidator, who is not present. Counsel is also not
present.
A-7 M.K. Jain already stands discharged.
