1. An application has been moved by Sh. Jishnu Bhardwaj
signed by witness Ms. Tushti Barua with the prayer to drop
her from the list of witnesses stating that she is residing at

Dubai and due to her medical condition, she is unable to
appear before the Court. The Assistant Manager, Citi Bank
submits that she could not find any official of the bank who
could identify the signatures of Ms. Tushti Barua as directed
by the Court on the last date of hearing. She seeks some
more time to trace an employee who can identify the
signature of the witness. At request, time is granted. It is
directed that either Ms. Tushti Barua will appear for
testimony or the bank shall depute an official who can
identify signature of Ms. Tushti Barua. Ms. Bhawna,
Assistant Manager is bound down for the next date. At
request, the application is kept pending for consideration on
the next date of hearing.
2. PW-54 Dr. S. Ahmed is examined, cross-examined and
discharged.
3. No other witness is present or summoned for today.
4. Put up for remaining PE on 06.10.2026, 07.10.2026 and
08.10.2026.
5. Three/ Four witnesses be summoned for the NDOH. Ld. PP
for the CBI shall furnish the name of the witnesses required
to be summoned.
