abated.
A-2 Sumit Chaturvedi, A-3 Amit Chaturvedi and A-6
Sanjay Chaturvedi are present on bail (through VC).
Counsel Sh. Pankaj Kumar Singh is present.
A-4 Parvin Juneja is present on bail (through VC).
Counsel Sh. Rishi Chouksey is present.
A-5 M/s Shamken Cotsyn Ltd. is represented by a
Liquidator, who is not present. Counsel Ms. Tanu
Singhal is also not present.
A-7 M.K. Jain already stands discharged.
PWs Bhuvesh Kumar and Prakash Kumar are present.
Bailable warrants issued against PWs Bhuvesh Kumar
and Prakash Kumar received back duly served. Both the witnesses have
submitted that they could not appear on the last date due to some
personal difficulty and have tendered their apologies. Bailable warrants
are recalled.
PW-47 Bhuvesh Kumar and PW-48 Shri Prakash are
examined, cross-examined and discharged.
Put up for remaining PE on 20.01.2026.
Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the NDOH. Ld.
PP for the CBI shall furnish the name of the witnesses required to be
