stand abated.
A-2 Sumit Chaturvedi is absent on bail. Counsel Sh.
Pankaj Kumar Singh is present.
A-3 Amit Chaturvedi and A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi are
present on bail (through VC). Counsel Sh. Pankaj
Kumar Singh is present.
A-4 Parvin Juneja is present on bail (through VC).
Counsel Sh. Rishi Chaudhary is present.
A-5 M/s Shamken Cotsyn Ltd. is represented by a
Liquidator, who is not present. Counsel is also not
present.
A-7 M.K. Jain already stands discharged.
No PW is present.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is filed on behalf of A-2 Sumit Chaturvedi on the
ground that he is not feeling well. Perused. In view of the reasons
given, A-2 Sumit Chaturvedi is exempted from personal
appearance for today only subject to the condition that he shall
not dispute his identity or authenticity of the proceedings
recorded in his absence.
Summons issued to PW Bhuvesh Kumar received
back with the report that the witness has refused to accept the
service of the summons. Service affected by way of affixation at
the address of the witness and photograph of the service affected

has been forwarded along with summons. In view of the same,
issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.10,000/- against PW
Bhuvesh Kumar.
Summons sent to PW Prakash received back duly
served however, the witness is not present.

Ld. PP for the CBI shall furnish the name of the witnesses required
to be summoned. Accused persons/ their Counsels may note the
