PW-42 Amit Mishra, Vice-President, Axis Bank
examined-in-chief. His cross-examination qua A-4 has been
recorded as Nil. Opportunity given.
At this stage, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of
A-2, A-3, A-6 seeks adjournment. He has submitted that the main
counsel is busy in attending three days Induction Training
program organized by DLSA (South-East) from 15.04.2025 to
17.04.2025 from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM. He has stated that in
view of the said training program, the main counsel would not be
in a position to appear in the court today.
Adjournment sought is granted.

Cross-examination of PW-42 qua A-2, A-3, A-5 &
A-6 is deferred. PW-42 stands discharged for today, however, he
is bound down for the next date of hearing.
Sh. Bhaskar Srivastava, Probationary Officer,
Federal Bank Ltd., Karol Bagh has appeared pursuant to
summons issued to PW Sandeep Kumar Bindal. He seeks times
to trace the whereabouts of PW Sandeep Kumar Bindal. Time
sought is granted.

Two/three witnesses be summoned for the next date
