A-6 Sanjay Chaturvedi are present on bail (through
VC) along with Counsel Sh. Pankaj Kumar Singh.
A-4 Parvin Juneja is absent on bail. Counsel Sh.
Harit S.V. is present.
A-5 M/s Shamken Cotsyn Ltd. is represented by a
Liquidator, who is not present. Counsel Ms. Tanu
Singhal is present (through VC)
A-7 M.K. Jain already stands discharged.

An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance is moved on behalf of A-4 Parvin Juneja on the
ground that he has gone abroad permission for which was granted
vide order dated 15.01.2025. Perused. In view of the submissions
made, A-4 Parvin Juneja is exempted from personal
appearance for today only subject to the condition that he
shall not dispute his identity or authenticity of the
proceedings recorded in his absence.

Bhai Dahya Bhai Solanki are examined, cross-examined and
discharged.
No other PW is present or summoned for today.
Ld. PP has submitted that CBI is processing the
request contained in the application filed on behalf of PW Sh.
Sibendra Kumar Chakravorty wherein he has requested that he
may be dropped from list of witnesses and response would be
filed in due course. The application is kept pending awaiting the
said response.
Put up for remaining PE on 12.03.2025.
Two/three witnesses be summoned for the next date
of hearing. Ld. PP for CBI to furnish the names of witnesses
required to be summoned. Accused/counsel may take note of the
same from Ahlmad/ Prosecution.
