A-4 Parvin Juneja is present on bail (through VC)
along with Counsel Sh. Harit S.V.
A-5 M/s Shamken Cotsyn Ltd. is represented by a
Liquidator, who is not present. Counsel Ms. Tanu
Singhal is present (through VC)

On the last date of hearing, bailable warrants were
issued against PW Sh. Yugeen Ratna. He has tendered his
apology for his non-appearance before the court on the last date
of hearing. Bailable warrants issued against PW Sh. Yugeen
Ratna are cancelled.

It is stated that the witness is unable to appear in the
court today due to his medical condition as he is 84 years old and
is suffering from various old age related problems. It is further
submitted that the witness is bed ridden, visually impaired and
cannot move outside his house. It is therefore, requested that he
may be exempted from personal appearance and his name may be
dropped from the list of witnesses considering his age and
medical condition.
Application perused. PW Sh. Sibendra Kumar
Chakravorty is exempted from personal appearance for today
only.
No other PW is present or summoned for today.
Put up for consideration on the application filed
behalf of PW Sibendra Kumar Chakravorty and remaining
PE on 12.02.2025.
Two/three witnesses be summoned for the next date
of hearing. Ld. PP for CBI to furnish the names of witnesses
required to be summoned. Accused/counsel may take note of the
same from Ahlmad/ Prosecution.
